This course is a cohort-based online course. When you enroll, you will receive an email to gain access to a membership dashboard and a private community of people on the same journey as you.

The CHOOSING HEALTH Curriculum. 6 weeks, 6 modules.
Whether you want to dedicate one module per week or go through every module at your own pace, is completely up to the amount of time available to you and how much of it you want to dedicate to your course experience.
on the 5th of January 2026, I will be launching the second cohort of this program. This means that you will exclusively have the opportunity to be coached and supervised by myself directly through our private community.

Inside this course, you will find the Physical Mastery Training Program ― 3 training sessions per week (1x conditioning, 1x upper body strength + mobility - 1x lower body strength + mobility) to guide you to the most capable body you have ever lived in.

Health doesn’t come from rigid rules, restrictions, or tracking every bite. It comes from understanding your body's signals and nourishing it with food that fuels your body, elevates the quality of your life by supporting the intensity of each of your days — eat (and enjooooy) without guilt, without obsession, and without the endless cycle of "starting over."

When you stop chasing the perfect body, you make space for real health. Choosing Health shows you how to shift your focus from control and criticism to curiosity and care — that's when your body will intuitively lead you to the shape, strength, and vitality that are right for the both of you.

The deeper you attune to your body's needs and desires, the more you will realize that the current standard of life and pace of society will conflict with what you and your body want for each other. As scary and exciting this realisation might feel, in it you will find the opportunity to choose yourself and your body by committing to something different, probably something bigger (and way better) for your life.
